April 6, 2017

On February 16, 2017, I had the honor of becoming the Administrator at Stanton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Now that I have become acquainted with the staff, residents and facility, I would like to take some time and explain how my journey led me to you.
In 2004, I began my journey in Ashland, KY at a long-term care facility where I worked as a CNA, Medical Records Supervisor and an Administrator in Training. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the top long-term care administration leaders in the state; prompting me to further my career. In 2016, after graduating with a Bachelor’s in Health Care Administration; with honors, I completed my dream of becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my loving family, watching my son play baseball and assisting with my daughter’s girl scout troop. Over the last 9 years, I have been blessed with a loving and supportive husband who has cheered me on and raised my spirits; if not for family I would not be where I am today.
I have always maintained the ideology that a Nursing Home Administrator must be called to the profession and for myself that calling began with my mother. Prior to her untimely passing in 2015, she too was a CNA. For many years throughout her lifetime she shared the same calling; to aid the elderly and to show the compassion and love they deserve during the last years of their lives. It is my pleasure to be able to share her calling and to be able to make a difference in the Stanton community and the lives of your loved ones.
Sincerely,
Becky Bell BS, LNHA, Administrator
