Tammie Martin, LPN, IP-C, WCC, LNHA – Administrator
Tammie Martin, Nursing Home Administrator, has dedicated her healthcare career to serving residents in long-term care. She became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2002, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration in 2017, and became a Licensed Long-Term Care Administrator in 2025. Tammie’s journey began as a dietary aide and cook while attending nursing school full-time and raising three sons. Throughout her career, she has served as a charge nurse, nursing supervisor, Infection Control/Staff Development Nurse, and Wound Care Nurse. Tammie’s greatest passion is making sure every resident knows they matter, they are valued, and they have not been forgotten. She believes everyone deserves to feel cared for, respected, and important. Her guiding motto is, “Always leave people better than you found them.”
Kim Tipton, RN – Director of Nursing
Kim Tipton, Director of Nursing, brings more than 20 years of nursing experience and a genuine passion for caring for others. Kim earned her Associate in Applied Science in Nursing from Morehead State University in 2002 and began her career caring for patients in a variety of settings, including the Pediatric ICU, ICU, and Home Health.
Since joining the team at Stanton in 2018, Kim has grown through several roles, beginning as a nurse on the floor and working her way up to Unit Manager and eventually Director of Nursing. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of both quality clinical care and the importance of building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Kim especially enjoys serving her residents and strives to make Stanton Nursing and Rehabilitation feel like more than just a facility.

Briana Acosta, PA-C
Briana Acosta is a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in primary care with a strong interest in geriatric medicine and chronic disease management. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University and later completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Kentucky. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Briana has experience managing both acute and chronic medical conditions in the primary care setting, with a focus on providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, chronic disease management, geriatric care, and improving quality of life for aging populations. In addition to English, Briana is fluent in Spanish, which allows her to connect with and care for a diverse patient population.
